WES Product
Product Design, WES
Problem
WES only has one product. Competitors are offering more flexible services and WES is looking to branch into that space.
Scope & Timeframe
Userflows, wireframes and high fidelity mock ups. The MVP needs to include a cloud storage subscription service, verification as a standalone service, and secure document sharing. They also need a landing page where users who are invited as part of the pilot can get more information.
4 months, from design to developer hand off.
Role
Lead Designer.

Solution
A design which allows existing users to subscribe to the new service and access a dashboard view where they can request verification, share and store their international academic documents.
User flows
Based on personas and knowledge of the existing customer segments that we would be testing on, I created user flows to map the journey from initial marketing email through the product.
Wireframe Process
We went through multiple wireframe iterations with key stakeholder to ensure that needs were being met both for the customer and for the back end.

High Fidelity Mock Ups
After extensive wireframe iterations, I moved on to high fidelity mockups. adding color, fine tuning the UI, interactions, and iconography. We went though final stakeholder reviews and prepared the files for developer hand off.
Landing Page
I made rough wireframes then a high fidelity mock up for developer handoff. Working with content professionals I designed the page to provide information to users who are invited to be part of the products pilot phase.
